Harris Teeter carries the plain Fage Greek yogurt as well as the sweetened, flavored yogurt too.  Those sweetened ones are high in sugar, but the plain ones have no sugar at all.  The 0% fat and 2% fat are very good and have no sugar.  I usually mix in some sugar-free (sweetened with Splenda) jam.  This is what I have for b'fast every day.  I used to put it in my protein shakes too.

You can also try Oikos, which you can get at Walmart, and there is also Trader Joe's if you have one local.  What I've been doing is using Trader Joe's 2% Greek yogurt -- add 1 scoop of protein powder, a couple of Splenda, and fruit.  My favorite right now is a strawberry/kiwi protein powder I got at Vitamin World -- 1 scoop of that, 2 Splenda, 8 oz TJ Greek yogurt, and 4 small frozen strawberries.  VERY good!  Today, I used a small banana, 1 scoop of Lean Dessert banana nut muffin protein powder, 2 Splenda, and 8 oz TJ Greek yogurt.

The TJ yogurt has 24 grams protein in 8 oz.  The protein powder has 20-24 grams protein in 1 scoop.  That's a NICE amount of protein for a meal (and can be split into 2 snacks, too).
