EDAMAME Dry Roasted

Today at the Meetup Kit brought up abou a product she told me about last month.
She told me about EDAMAME dry roasted soy nuts.
I have found them at HT and seem them listed on Spark People that Trader Joes has them also.
One half a cup has 14 grams of protein.
I find it is a good snack instead of Sunchips ect..

Those are very good... I also like to get the fresh Edamame and microwave it covered for a minute (kinda like steaming it)...  It's very yummy!   We can get them here at Food Lion or Wal-Mart usually...  I wish we had a Trader Joes...

Yes, these are wonderful and an excellent source of protein.  I found them online and will send you the link.  Actually I know you are a "nutty" person like me and I think you would like this website... they have the best nuts I have ever eaten and their prices are great as well.  If you like, I will send you the link.
