Do not let this just go unchecked it sounds very similar to what happend to my husband only to find out he had what they call a silient heart attack.

Girl, I gotta tell you I agree with everyone else run don't walk to the nearest doctor!!  The symptoms you described are classic for a woman having a heart attack!!!!  The sooner you get checked out the better.  You are in my prayers!

I am hoping that you have already seen your doctor about this incident.  I am a cardiac nurse and I agree with everyone else.  Go be checked out.  If you wait to see if happens again, you might not be so fortunate!  Hopefully, it had nothing to do with your heart, but you never know unless you have the appropriate testing done. Keep us posted.

Sounds like a heart attack to be honest. Please go see someone as soon as possible. My mom had symptoms exactly like this, drove herself to the hospital, and found out it was a fairly severe heart attack requiring bypass. Please go see someone!

I used to get esophageal spasms back before I had my lapband removed. They do not cause sweating and difficulty breathing. Heart attacks do.
