So far what I have figured out is I am shooting for 1800-2000 calories a day intake.
Exercise have reduced it to 800 calories to burn.
I have drastlicly increased the protien.
Boy do I feel like a pig LOL I am staying positive and very hopful that this will help.
I feel better than I think I have ever felt in my life.
I can feel such a difference in most everything I do like walking, shopping, cleaning the house and sleeping OMG I have never slept so darn good in my life.
I wake up feeling so rested.

As for my new job I have had to stay on top of the manager he was going to call me by 4pm yesterday he did not so I get in the car and go there myself.
He did tell me to go ahead and fill out an application online so I have done that.
He told Lee he thinks he can only give me one day a week but hey it is a start and something I can depend on week to week and hope he will giive me more days when he can.
He did tell me to bring my skillet.
My skillet is already at the store in my demo cart.
I have lots of ideas for cooking many of the new food items in the meat department.
One big cooking idea is to cook steak on the George Foreman grill this  always went over very well at Target.
The meat department has these new stuffed mushroom they are to die for LOL
So I am thinking  they can bake them in the deli for me and I can keep them warm in my skillet.
Nothing worse than a cold sample.

Annie - sounds like you have a good plan going for yourself.  You have done so well with each step of this journey and now it must be time to do a new step.
And it is awesome that you are going to get to do a job that is fun for you and gets you excited.  Good luck !

Hi Shelia,
Ive missed hearing from you.
I have been so consumed with doing all I can for Rosie and doing my workouts ect..
Noow having to eat more is like uncharted territory for me.
I have lots of plans for my new job.
I jus****ched some Paula Deen shows and man oh man all I could think of is how many calories is in that dish you are making LOL but then again I could eat whatever she cooked but just smaller amounts which is truly a blessing.
