5 yr weight record

so i have bcbs nc for insurance i went to info seminar yesterday they said i need records of my weight from doctor. i know this is bad but i haven't been to the doctor since 05. i don't go unless i really need to like if I'm not feeling well or something like that so i don't have these records. what should i do?

This is the (edited to add) NOT the first time that this has happened. Try cross-posting this to the main and insurance forums. You are likely to get some input from others that have run across this issue before and they can tell you how the handled it. I've heard of work-arounds before, but I can't remember the details.

I think Barb had a typo in her post and meant that this is NOT the first time we've heard this happen, so don't get worried. Do though, go to the insurance board as suggested and ask there.....they'll be better able to guide you. Best of luck to you on your journey.

Nancy's right! I have fat finger syndrome tonight... I'm so sorry. I meant to say that this this is NOT the first time someone hasn't had a 5 yr history. People have moved around that issue and if you try the main or insurance forums you may be able to cast a wide enough net to get some help with this.
