Hi Sarah,

Welcome home and to the Loser's Bench! I'm glad to hear that all went well and wish you a swift and gentle recovery. Be sure to sip, sip, sip and to walk, walk, walk. You want to be sure, above all to stay hydrated. Dehydration is the single biggest reason people end up back in the hospital. Secondly, the walking will help the healing process and signficantly reduce the risk of developing a pulmonary embolism. Soooo..... follow your Dr's orders and sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk.

You are on your way on what may well be the most amazing journey of your lifetime.
