Some thoughts
For now I have a home gym which works for me.
I do remember the keychains because I had them created as a reminder to myself of how far I have come.
Been trying to figure out this BMR stuff it is very confusing.

Hey Annie:
I agree with what everyone else said. Also, remember muscle weighs more than fat and while you may be losing inches, with all the exercise you are doing, you could also be building more muscles. I will be a year out on Thursday and have lost 124 lbs and 90 of that was in the first 6 months or so. I think our bodies just slow down some....I wanted to be to onderland by my one year but will be off by about 5 lbs. I am at the point that as long as the scale is headed in the right direction...DOWN.... that is a positive. I have been very very bad with exercise since my Dad got sick and then passed away and have been in a funk. With the weather finally breaking, i have made a commitment to myself to try and walk a minimum of a mile at least 5 times a week but yard work at least 5 days a week. I was out there yesterday working in the garden and it felt wonderful and i slept real good too.
If you routinely eat the same foods (which i was also in the habit of doing) try to switch up your diet some and see if that helps. Also, have you had your thyroid levels checked to make sure that is not an issue?
Love you,
Pam
