No Stricture

I had an Endoscopy done this morning and there was no stricture so I guess I'm just going to have to deal with these eating problems I have. The doctor said he was going to take me off the protein drinks and wants me to talk to his nurse about a different eating plan, something to get pass the soft/mushy foods that I'm not looking forward too. I hate vomiting and hurting.

Thanks Barbara, I hope my pouch gets used to eating stuff, because I don't want to have to deal with this for the rest of my life.

 Cindy I sure hope they work things out for you in a good way. I know I have bad pouch days so I can only imagine the anguish you have had to deal with. I wish you the best on this part of the change.

bummer. you know my surgeon had said something to the effect of it i didnt actually have a stricture (which i did) that my problems may be ulcer related. did they explore that option? i pray things get better for you. i know how awful it feels :(

I don't know what they explored, just know the doctor came out and said everything was fine. Glad you are feeling better.
