HELLO TO MY NEW FAMILY IN N.C.

I am new to the website and just wanted to say hello to my new family. I have enjoyed reading all the informative information from all of  you wonderful and amazing people. l just received word back from my insurance company that I have been approved for my DS surgery. I was amazed it only took UHC 24 hours to approve me for surgery. I do not have a surgery date yet. I called my Dr. Office today and they stated they will me call me back to schedule my surgery. I am hoping they will call back to let me know before the end of this week. I am very excited and looking forward to a new and healthy future.

Congrats!!! Hold on for the ride of your life it will fly from this point on.  I am just now catching my breath.  My surgery is Monday and Tuesday and I hope yours will be soon. Good Luck!!!!!

Hello and WELCOME!! What is your name?

I have a surgery date of March 9 with Dr. V for a sleeve. It took over 3 weeks for me to get my date. I was soooo frustrated!!  If you don't hear something soon, keep calling and ask for Dawn.
She does the scheduling and when I spoke with her yesterday, she said that she has so so many to schedule. She's very sweet but seems to be way behind and overrun with surgeries to schedule. Don't you just love Dr. V!!

My name is Bernadette...Congratulations on you surgery date I know you sooooooo excited. I tried to call Dawn left a message but she did not return my call. I am really hoping to have the surgery before the end of next month. Well we will see.....Yes, Dr. V. was so great...How much time did Dr. V write you out for surgery?
