How cupcakes help support Ovarian Cancer Research

As I'm nursing my cold, I had the TV on today and Kelly Rippa announced that she has teamed up with Electrolux to help raise funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Each time you send a 'virtual' cupcake to someone, Electrolux will donate $1.00 to OCRF and enter you in a drawing to win an Electrolux's new washer/dryer set.

Thanks for posting this! I saw it on GMA as well. Since I'm not working I have all the time in the world to watch all of the daytime shows!
My mother died last year from Ovarian Cancer, so I support this cause more than you'll ever know. It's a terrible horrible disease and it took my best friend from me. I miss her so much.

I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my father, to whom I was very close and it is a loss that resonates with me to this day.

I completely understand. Not only did I lose my mom, but 23 days later my dad passed away. 2006-08 were the worst 2 years of my life! My mom sick with cancer and my dad suffering from Hospital contracted MRSA was horrible. But neither are suffering now and are with other family that has too passed on.
