Update on my weight loss

Well I was fretting over only losing 3 lbs in the last month but today I got measured and I'm down 14.25 inches since 1/8/09 so I'm happy with that. So that is a total of 46.75 inches since WLS and 66 lbs.

I told you at the support group meeting that it looked like you had lost a lot of inches!  Now you know that I wasn't just saying that to be nice and keep your sprits up, huh?!?!  Keep up the great work, because it really shows!
