Prayers Please!

Got word this morning that my sister, who had RNY in June and has lost over 130 pounds, is being shipped to Charlotte for possible emergency surgery.  She went to the ER in pain last night and they have discovered she has a bowel preferation.  (I know I misspelled that)..  I am leaving soon to meet them in Charlotte.  The roads are pretty bad here because we got a nice blanket of snow last night.. Please pray for us all!

Oh my...  I'll definately be praying for her and for safe travel for you Jennifer.  Keep us posted.

 Thanks Alice.. she had a preforated ulcer and it was obviously causing some major issues.  She is in recovery now and we are waiting to see her at 5pm. Your prayers are felt and certainly appreciated!  Thanks!!!

I will keep her and you as well in both my thoughts and prayers.

 She is in recovery now..  The roads were actually not too awfully bad.  Fortunately the route between my little house in Wadesboro and the big ole hospital in Charlotte is a major highway>  :)  Thanks so much for the good wishes.  :)

Jennifer - let us know what you can when you get to Charlotte.  This is a serious surgery and hope that things go well for her....
