I know I never lost my inner child. All I ever lost was the good looks and wealth lol.. I like the orange, cherry, and mixed cherry tic tacs.. At least it rhymes when I have a tic tac attack.

Hey everyone--my culprits are Tostitos Chips--I HAVE to have them!!  Did you hear me---I CRAVE them!!  I can only eat 3 or 4 (the small round kind) but just that taste after you crunch them up is like crack to me--lol  I am so glad I am not the only person who craves something.  Just like Barbara I am going to keep an eye on myself and not over indulge.  There is one more I hate to admit-chocolate.  Something about a Russell's box of chocolate-knowing that I can eat one piece or 1/2 of piece depending and it not make me dump or knowing that my blood sugar will not go sky high just makes me happy!!  I do allow myself about 2 pieces a week-no more then that for I know it will hender my weight loss.
I am so happy that you all have the same issues--it makes life easier.  Oh by the way-my husband's craving is goldfish-Petridge farms(he had his surgery 8/26/08)-at first I was buying the huge milk carton full-but he went through those in less then a week-and he was always gassy--no not gassy-he had a nuclear vapor that came out of him 24/7--lol  After reading about excessive gas issue on the discussion board and found out that eating too many carbs was the culprit--I cut his goldfish out-after about three days the nuclear gas went away-but then he was complaining that he was craving them allm the time--so I bought the little bag and he has actually had this bag for about two weeks now-I told him I was proud of him and it is really nice to be able to sleep with him without your face rotting off--lol
Everyone thanks for sharing and I think I will try the tic tacs instead of the chocolate!!

They say that confession is good for the soul so here goes!

I am the only one of the 13 grandchildren that can make my grandmother's fudge recipe and have it come out.  So I get tasked with making it every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas.  It is soooooo gooooood!!!  Of course it is my biggest weakness and I just refuse to make it any other time.  But I was sooo baaad this Christmas.  I have sworn off of it until next year for sure.  When I was a teenager and weighing in at 110 soaking wet my cousin and I would decide that we were too fat and were going on a diet. Then we would go to the kitchen and make a batch of fudge and pig out.  Eat it all!!! And I wonder why I got so big!!

Lawd Im so glad I did not put cigarettes up on the board to start out with. I have been quit forever and still have cigarette dreams now and then where I can light up and enjoy them just like when Im awake. I think its pretty wierd but the cravings are not so bad after I wake up.

Ok since were fessing up to trigger foods and sinful indulgences...

I have to watch nuts of all kinds.  I just cant stop at 1 serving.  I can consume a huge quantity in no time so I just dont eat them.  Smoked almonds are my favorite.  Yes they healthy but not if I eat 500-600 calories of them, so I avoid them like the plague.

Then there's the dreaded girl scout cookies.  Don't even tempt me and guess who is selling GS cookies in my house.  Yes, my 8 y/o.  I told her I would help her sell them this year and we would buy a few boxes to support her, but they must be hidden from me at all cost when they arrive.   I pray my wifey finds a good hiding spot because if I  stumble across them, I may not be able to resist.

Dalton a couple of weeks ago a GS showed up at my door selling those cookies.
I told the adult thank you but I am unable to eat them.
What I would love to know is which kind did you get? LOL nothing wrong with having food memories.

Caramel Delights and Peanut Butter Patties are my absolute weakness.  Talk about Superman's kryptonite.  Well thats mine.  And guess what kind we bought.  Yep, you said.  Caramel delights and the PB cookies.  Also bought some of the 100 calorie packs Daisy Go Round cookies.  I'm hoping I will be able to manage my weakness with these portion controlled packs.  Wish me luck.

Ice Cream...OMG.  Yeah, the bad, full sugar, full fat stuff.  And it usually puts me on the couch begging for death a little later on, but I still crave it all. the. time.  The sugar-free candy is no good for me, I ate almost an entire bag a while back and farted fire for about three days thereafter.

Maybe I'll try the tic-tacs too!  LOL

OMIGOSH...I freakin' LOVE tic tacs lately...LOL Eat them like they are going out of style!!! I especially LOVE the "cherry" ones that come in the red box and they are a little bigger than the reg. tic tacs, they are AWESOME!!!!!  And I cannot put just one in my mouth, at least 2 or 3!! Then a few minutes later, another 2 or 3...hehehehe
My new found addiction right now is chocolate covered bananas...LOL The chocolate is only 6 grams of carbs per 1/2 banana, not including the carbs in the 1/2 banana...they are KILLER and I figure healthier than going for the bite size snickers...LOL  And if they aren't healthier, I could honestly care less, because they are YUMMIFUL!!!!!!
And they are almost like the lays, can't eat just one!! But you have to or else you may be in trouble...LOL
