You can steam edamame (shelled soy beans).  Add a little greek yogurt (FAGE--found in the organic section of FOODLION)..and blend like there is no tomorrow.  Add your favorite spices and you have one yummy dip.
Make a batch of hummus with chickpeas.
You can also make scrambled egg salad.  It sounds weird, but it's pretty tasty.  Scramble 1 egg, add 1 Tbsp of ff cream cheese and 1/4 of avocado with salt and pepper.  It's not the prettiest meal, but it is high in protein.
If you are craving mashed potatoes...grab a Steamers bag  (cauliflower) from Birdseye.  Steam, then mix with greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder.  It's easier on the tummy.
