1.  How many cities have you lived in?  List them in order, if you can keep track!  Lol!

Let's see if I can figure this one out.  16 cities mentioned, but 23 when you count all the moving back to 2 towns in TN.

Houston, TX (I think it was actually some area outside of it, but don't know the name of it); Sycamore, IL.; Mosheim, TN.; Greeneville, TN.; Telford, TN.; Jonesborough, TN.; Greeneville again; Afton, TN.; Greeneville again; Johnson City, TN.; Greeneville again; Johnson City again; Greeneville again (see a trend here yet); Morristown, TN.; Lisle, IL.; Johnson City again; Huntsville, AL.; Lawton, OK.; Fort Sill, OK.; Babenhausen, Germany; Baumholder, Germany; Johnson City again; Fort Bragg, NC.

2.  What was your most successful diet plan that you followed when you were a normie, and how much did you lose, oh and how long did it stay off?  (And if you are a normie, which diet has worked best for you in your efforts to lose?)

I don't know that I would say any have worked best in my efforts to lose.  South Beach helped me to keep things on an even keel, but as to losing it did no more than any other one I have done except when I was about 21 or 22 and walking to my job because I had no license or car and would go there even on my days off and subsisted on a snack size bag of fritos.  That starvation got me into a size 16 and almost a 14 before I met DH and got pg.

3.  What's your favorite thing to do to get yourself in a good mood?

Watching my kids do something fun or singing or talking and laughing with an old friend.

4.  If you were another person, would you want to be friends with you?

Yes, especially if I were new to the area since I happen to be one of those people who like to help new people find their way around and getting used to the area.

5.  Besides people, name one thing that you don't think you could live without.

I think I already proved I am no good at naming just 1 thing :-)
My faith, my pets, the internet where I keep in touch with family and friends.

 Oooo, how fun!

1.  Oshkosh, WI; Cleveland, WI; Mary Esther, FL; Fort Walton Beach, FL; Navarre, FL; Sanford, NC.

2.  My most successful diet plan was the Rice Diet.  I lost 40 lbs, but started gaining it all back the second I went on "maintenance."  Plus, it left me completely depleted of any energy, muscle, etc.  It was not healthy, and certainly not something I would have been able to keep up with.

3. Play piano, cuddle with Ryan, and lately...hang out with Maya!

4.  I hope so!  Really, I think I would.

5.  Can I name my dogs?  I missed them so dreadfully while I was in the hospital.  My dad brought them to visit one day and it did wonders for my mood.  Now that we're in our temporary living quarters, they're here with us.  It's fabulous just having them laying on the floor by my feet, not to mention the stress relief from petting them!

1.  How many cities have you lived in?  List them in order, if you can keep track!  Lol!  This is about all I remember - Military Family as a kid, so we moved a lot (don't remember many of those places).  I never want to move again!!!

Weaverville, NC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Pompano Beach, FL, Cashiers/Glenville, NC, Brown Summit, NC, Avon, CO, A Tiny Town, MI, Beaver Creek, CO, Oakland Park, FL, Pompano Beach, FL, Delray Beach, FL, Pompano Beach, FL, Albany, GA, Augusta, GA

2.  What was your most successful diet plan that you followed when you were a normie, and how much did you lose, oh and how long did it stay off?  (And if you are a normie, which diet has worked best for you in your efforts to lose?)

Most successful would've been the weigh****chers camp when I was a teenager -went two years, lost lots of weight, then went home and gained it back.

3.  What's your favorite thing to do to get yourself in a good mood?
Do something nice for someone - love to see others smile.

4.  If you were another person, would you want to be friends with you?
Yes, I would.

5.  Besides people, name one thing that you don't think you could live without.
My car - no public transport out here in my boonies, so I would be stuck in the house and I get cabin fever easily.

1.  How many cities have you lived in?  List them in order, if you can keep track!  I have lived in 13 cities if you don't count repeats.
Hopewell, Va; Fort Lee,Va; Malden, Ma; Frankfurt, Germany; Hanau, Germany back to Fort Lee; Fort Lewis, Washington; Renton, Washington Bad Kreuznack, Germany; Nuerenburg, Germany; Stuttgart, Germany, Colonial Heights, Va; Frederickburg, Va and Mount Gilead, NC. Can you tell I'm an Army brat. I wouldn't trade the experience for anything.

2.  What was your most successful diet plan that you followed when you were a normie, and how much did you lose, oh and how long did it stay off?  (And if you are a normie, which diet has worked best for you in your efforts to lose?) The most I lost on my own was about 40 pounds for a couple of years. Think thin a weigh****chers type program and the Oh My word I have diabetes diet.

3.  What's your favorite thing to do to get yourself in a good mood? Read a good book, play mah jong, call my mother.

4.  If you were another person, would you want to be friends with you? Yes I would.

5.  Besides people, name one thing that you don't think you could live without.

Ok, I'll bite!

1.  Fancy Gap, VA. Boiling Springs, NC, Raleigh, NC, Stillwater, OK, Phoenix, AZ, and now Cary, NC.

2.  Most successful was weigh****chers - kept the wt of for 10 years when I was in my 20's.  Haven't been able since then to be successful with it.  I lost 100 lbs in 6 months on a liquid fast 4 years ago, but gained it all back the following 6 months, so I don't consider that a success at all.

3.  One of my favorite ways to get in a good mood is to see my therapist.  She gives me a lot of hope when I'm feeling really down.  Also, I love watching Jon Stewart on the DailyShow and Stephen Colbert on Colbert Nation!  Great commediens!!

4.  I think I would want to be friends with me.  I have a good sense of humor and like to just hang out and talk.  I'm like Barbara - all my friends know about my depression and not to take a lack of phone calls personally.  You have to have a healthy self-esteem and be understanding to be my friend!  I have great friends!

5.  Again, like Barbara, my laptop.  I like staying on top of the news, connecting on boards like this, and playing online!
