Oh Kidney Stone.. Where art thou?

I have never had those.. the only stones I had were those horrible Gall Stones and they hurt like heck! I hope you feel better!!!

Hi Jenn,  You have my sympathy!  As long as they are not moving mine are welcome to remain!  I have multiple stones in my right kidney. The largest of which is 7mm.  I also have a congenital birth defect which constricts the ureta so it will not pass.  They say even litatripsy (sp) will not help. If it starts giving me the devil again I have to go to Duke and they will surgically remove them.  In the meantime I just grin and bear it.  The high tolerance for pain helps!!  I hope yours will pass on out soon!  I am thankfual that you can pass them....

I am thankful that I can pass them.  Ive had kidney problems since childhood too.. just should be a natural progressioin that I should feel the joy of stones.  NOT!  I am thankful for Hydrocodone.  LOL  Thanks for your well wishes

Last time I had one they put one of those stints in. OMG NEVER AGAIN!! The worst thing I've ever been thru. Whey they finally pulled it out, I peed all over the table and floor. hahaha
good enough for them!

Yeah.. 8 babies would be a JOB!  This is my 5th stone and I should be an old pro.. but that is something you never want to be an expert on.  Ive never had to have stints.. and now I wont have them based on what you are saying!  Thanks for the heads up CUZ!! 

Oh I hope the stone passes soon!  Thats good you have a high pain tolerance!
