I've Got A Date

OK guys here is the scoop.  I had my Dr appointment today and the doctor decided he wanted to do a Vena Cava before the surgery so I have to do that on February 16.  The Rny will be done the next day on February 17Th.  I am a rush of emotions it has taken forever to get here and now that I am there it is going so fast that I am seeing the world at a blur.  I hope it will all set in quickly.  I thought I was ready and prepared and now I am like a rabbit on speed and my mind is running in 40 different direction at once.  WOW what a rush!!!!!!!!

Oh My Gosh!!!! OH My Gosh!!!!   I am so excited for you Leslie. That is like in 20 days. That is so cool. Did you get your pre op information. Once I got my date everything moved so fast.

Hey Tamara !! I got my date yesterday and I have all my pre-op stuff on Feb 4 so they will tell me everything then.  I get my book with the liquid diet and all.  I think I will take a tape recorder then cause it was alot to digest.  I went in weighed and the rest was a blur.  I feel a little less overwhelmed today now that I have had a chance to digest all the info.  I am just thankful that Beck Jock and Meredith are so flexible when I say now do that again I am dense sometimes.
