Cool little wow today for me.

I met my new Gyn today and he was okay and all but it was his nurse that made my day. When she took my blood pressure she used the 'normal' cuff!!!!! AND IT FIT JUST FINE!!!!!! I am getting into normal range it seems.

That's a GREAT WOW!!!! It's so embarrassing when they have to go get the "big cuff"!

Oh I know that well. I hate the big cuff. I haven't flown lately but I know if I had, I might have had to use the seat belt extender. That would have been just as bad.
Anyway, I can't wait until I get to use the reg cuff. Good for you!

Don't worry you are well on your way. Its amazing how quickly we begin changing even when the scale doesn't change that much our body does.

I am sure the nurse thought I was a little nuts when I asked her if that was the regular cuff. I just couldn't believe that she would even try that one on me.

Isn't that a good feeling? For the last month when I go to work out which is at the hospital they have been using the regular cuff on me and I love it.

I know that is a BIG OLE WOW!!!  I remember the first time they used a regular cuff on me.  I wanted to shout Glory Hallelujah!  :)   Good for you!
