Hello friends... just got back from Las Vegas!

Just thought I would check in and say hello.  I've been AWOL for a while.  My DH and I just got back from Las Vegas; we had a great time but let me tell you.... it is very difficult to eat right in a city like that where there are no accessable grocery stores and everything costs so much.  I was really worried that I had gained some weight cause I sure didn't eat right while I was gone, but this morning I got on the scales and actually LOST a pound.  I did do a lot of walking in the afternoons and evenings.  I was there for a conference so I was sitting most of the day and was really ready to walk when I got out. 

Well, hope all area doing great!  I'll try to be more active in the future.... it's just been a crazy few weeks since the holidays.

I was in Vegas last October and I know EXACTLY what you mean about the food. It was very, very hard and I hated paying for the buffet only to eat a tiny amount. Congrats on the pound gone and welcome back to G'Vegas LOLOLOL
