Oh my goodness Mare, I can't believe it's been almost a year already!  You have nothing to be disappointed about.  You have lost a whole person!  You are doing great and your journey is far from over.  Now, you know you need to get the hernia dealt with, so hold that pretty head high and get your butt to that appointment! 

Hernias can become a major problem, so go on and it it fixed if that is what Dr. Harris recommends....

First off -  I can't believe you think you're a failure!  I saw you last week and you're doing wonderful!!!!  Look at all you've lost!  If you feel like you've slipped just get back on track (we all have to do it!) and get goin again!  I have added the pictures of you, Sheila and I on my profile...  I think you're doing great!!!  Sorry about the hernia!!!!!  I can't wait to see you again!
