Congrats on the weight loss and what is your secret because I've only lost 65 lbs and had surgery 9/29. Sorry you are having problems eating, so am I but I was told they wanted me to stretch my stomach from eating and wasn't going to stretch it again, meat really makes me sick. Good luck with that stricture.

well, i think the secret is the stricture, unfortunately. dr farrell was actually really concerned because he thinks i have lost too much weight too fast. to be honest, so do i... my energy levels are out the window and i've had a cold and my period for about a month now. my bod's all screwed up :(
but hey, 65 is nothing at all to scoff at! actually, that's where dr farrell told me i should be right now, so good job!!!!

Yes I had a stricture at 3 weeks out and no it didn't hurt at all because they kinda knock you out, my thoart was a little sore for a day or so but that's it and I think I could only have like liquids for the rest of the day. I've had the endoscopy done twice because I was still having the same problems after they stretched me but the second time is when he said I was still tight but he wasn't stretching it again and wanted me to try and eat to expand it, but still been sick but not as often. Good luck and keep me informed.

Said he didn't want to stretch it because I would be back to being able to eat alot, I don't think I believe that but I'm not the doctor. I still get full real quick and never know what is going to make me sick. I sure hope this isn't the way it's going to be for the rest of my life.
