I'm still around...

Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to show everyone that I was still alive. Sorry I have not posted in quite a while. I have been so busy with school, work and church. I have been lurking around keeping up on everyone.  Well, my last day of work was Friday. I quit my job because Tuesday I am having major knee surgery, and I will be in recovery 3-4 months. They will be trying to straighten my leg where I have severe knock knee. Not a fun surgery I might add. My surgeon told me it was going to be a long and hard road to recovery. So please keep me in your prayers.

My daughter had to have her 'knock knee' straightened before she could have some major reconstructive surgery to correct a severe orthopedic birth defect. While it did take work, the result was a significant improvement and allowed her to have additional correct surgery necessary to allow her to walk properly. I'm sure you will do well too. Just be sure to do all of the post op PT necessary to rehab the leg. Keep us posted on your progress.
