I'm home and "realized"

So I got home about 5:00 or 5:30 yesterday. By the time we got home I was exhausted and so sore I could hardly move.

I have 3 little bitty cuts and then one cut that is the length of my pointer finger. I am very sore but glad it is over with and can't wait for the swelling to go down in my stomach. I feel  like an inflated balloon and each time I belch a little bit of air is coming out of the stomach and it is shrinking back down to normal.

Congratulations & Welcome to Losersville NC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though it's uncomfortable and wipes you out - get up and move around every hour. That'll help move that gas on out. Glad to know you're home.

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

Welcome home and to the loser's bench. Be sure to sip, sip, sip and to walk, walk, walk. The sipping is absolutely necessary to stay hydrated and the walk will help the gas move on more quickly as well has help protect you from developing an embolism.

Congratulations!

Congrats Tamara..  and I know that it is rough for the first day or so, but WALK as much as possible.  The more you avoid walking the worse you feel.  :)  Welcome to the loser side!
