6 month blood work showed....

NOTHING....YAHOOOOOO!!!

I have to be honest...I'm not always great at remembering my vitamins, but I'm really trying.  I was scared before surgery of what my labs would look like since I was low in Vitamin D (8) and Iron before surgery.  Well guess what...ALL of my labs were within normal limits.  Go figure right?

Anyway, I'm so excited I just had to share!!!

Good for you. I do my best too but I am not at 100% with my vitamines. The chewables are actually starting to gag me.
I hope I am as good as you when I do my labs. Congratulations and stay healthy!

Good deal Michelle~  I am glad for you!!  :)  Keep up the great work and remember those vitamins.  I have had friends who had RNY who "forgot" for a few months to take them and ended up pretty sick.  Seeing that was reason enough for me to remember.  :)

Great news Michele!! I've been on Vitamin D for a couple months now. Seems like alot of heavy people have low Vitamin D.

Woohoo!  Good for you!  My Vit D was SEVEN!  ANd now it's normal, too!  Ain't it a great feeling?

That is great but it is really important to remember to take all your vitamins.  What has really been a big help to me is i bought a large days of the week pill box at Walmart and put my vits in there so i can remember them.
