Massage Oil Recipe

Wanted to share the recipe for the massage oil I’ve been using since my surgery. I came up with this one myself based on the properties of the oils and their inexpensive prices. (There are some better essential oils that cost a lot more!)

1 T Grape seed oil (Vitamin E, antioxidants, highest in linoleic acid)
½ t Jojoba oil (exceptional moisturizer, healer)
5 drops Rosewood (dull skin, scars, stretch marks)
3 drops Mandarin (dull skin, scars, spots, wrinkles)
2 drops Patchouli (eczema, mature skin - tonifying)

This comes out to about 71 cents per ounce when I order everything from Lucky Vitamin and it takes about an ounce per massage. Also added 5 drops of Lavender this last time.

I had a lot of skin issues before WLS and didn’t want them to get much worse. I really do believe that this is helping.
