The DAM has broken...

Well, the news is in.  Upping calories, upping water (bigtime), and varying exercise has broke the Dalty WL Dam.  The weightloss is everwhere and I am happy as a fish in water.  Dropping calories back a little now, dont wnt to get too used to the excessive lifestyle.  Interesting thing, (and I think Deb_M posted about this), when I upped the water (pure water, nothing else) to 100+ ounces, my hunger subsided crazily, and the weight loss really kicked in.  Total loss in the last 7 days.  7 lbs.  WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!  All I can say is 'Lez se le Bon Temps Roules'.

So far all folks out there who are stuck, stay the course, eat right, exercise more, drink more (wateer not beer), and just follow the WL rules.  And if all that fails, go see a nutritionist.  They may just have some insight into getting you moving again.  I did and it worked for me.

YEAHHHHHH!!!

I knew it was a matter of time, but it's so hard when you are having to stare it in the face and when someone tells you that this may be the end of the road. It's not. You have a long way to go and you will get there.

Keep up the good work my friend!

Alright Dalton!

I was hoping your stall would break soon!  I'll have to try the water thing, I'd like to loose about 5 more.

Congrats!

Ha!  You laugh in the face of that silly ole stall!  I know you are glad that it is over.  I may have to up my water to 100 ounces and see if I can drop a few more pounds.  Wii keeps telling me I need to lose about 13 more.  (Stupid Wii.  LOL)

Thanks to everyone for the great support system you all provide.  Your fantastic advice and occasional kicks in the butt are just what the Dr. ordered.
