3 things that might surprise you

I once met "Fabolus" (the rapper) in an IHOP.

I  was encouraged to and almost entered the management program with WalMart after working there for 4 years in high school and college in the early 1990s, but stopped just short and went another direction...thank goodness.   Money aint everything.

My daughter's name middle name is "Noel" simply because the wife and I love the holidays SOOO much!  (She was born in March!)    Yeah, we aint quite right.

3 things:
 
1. I play piano by ear and have played in church and for my family(we sing southern gospel) for 33 years.
 
2. I have been a lecturer about my life with my Down Syndrome son and have spoken at many symposiums and conferences in Western North Carolina.

3. I have been a "domestic goddess" for 21 years and I love it!!!

3 Things that may surprise you about me...

1.  I am very flexible.  I can still do splits at 30-something, and can bend my pinky backwards and touch my wrist.

2.  I love to sing.  I sang in my highschool show choir, and currently sing in choir at my church.

3.  I love to text.  Last month I had nearly 2000 texts on my phone.

OH ELLEN!  My sister from another mister!  LOL  I love to text and sing too!!!  IN fact, my inbox stays full all of the time.  :)

My three things are as follows:

1. I was born a Black man.. Yes my birth mothers last name was Black. 

2. I can make music on just about anything with strings. Currently I play the guitar, mandolin, banjo, violin (sounds like Jack Benny), and I have a horn pipe on order that I am awaiting to learn. 

3. I have Phd in the School of Hardknockology from the school of life. Sounds so impressive doesn' t. lol.. Yes I joke a great deal but I am also rather shy to new people unless I like them alot. 

3 things that might surprise you about me:

1.  I can put both legs behind my head...could when I was thin, couldn't when I got fat, learned yesterday I can do it again!!!

2.  I have one foot that's a size 6 1/2 and the other an 8.

3.  In 1995 I had a terrible pool accident at a hotel.  Dove in and realized it was only 3 feet.  Tons of broken bones and lacerations to my face.  Had tons of plastic surgery.

Ok.... here goes..... hmmmm.... 3 things!!

1.  I'm an accountant and have been enthralled with numbers since pre-school when my Mom let me help "keep the books" in order to keep me busy in my Dad's flower shop.

2.  I invited a felon to dinner.... yep, i did.... i ididn't know he was a felon then... didn't find out until the FBI contacted my husband and then we saw him get arrested on America's most wanted!

3.  I used to raise birds and mate exotic birds.... ****atiels (not too exotic), African Grey Parrots, Umbrella ****atoo's, Military Macaws, & Blue & Gold Macaws.

1.  I have a small cattery and raise beautiful Ragdoll kittens.  I think I was a cat in another life.

2.  I love music.  I play the clarinet and piano and sing off key in the shower.

3.  My goal in life is to visit every ocean at least once.  So far, I have been to 5.

I love Ragdoll cats. Our son has ours. We adopted 'Patches' about 12 years ago. He still lives in CA with our son.

3 Things about Me:

1. My husband and I ballroom dance. We will be competing for the first time in May.

2. I love to make cards, scrapbook, quilt, and sew. I also operate an embroidery business out of my home.

3. My goal in life is to be a Stepford Wife! :)
