helping my Rosie

Ok many of you know of my struggles with my Rosie girl .
I finally made a call to my very dear sweet friend whom is a holistic vet tech and she has been very helpful in providing us with remedys to help keep Rosie comfotable.
The redeys are hard to explain but basically the action of them is to relax Rosie and if it is her time to make a transition it will do so in a very comfortable way.
In fact this is what I gave my Luck which Lucky was at the point to transition.
I have been crying many times today on and off and am totally exhusted.
I did lay down for an hour an was able to take a short nap.
I am comfortable with choosing the holistic approach right now.
I cant even start to tell you what a stress relief to see Rosie in a much more comfortable state than the medications I have been giving her through the regular vet.

I do admitt this morning I had an overwhelming desire just to stuff my face.
I have not done that and probally need to take in more calories tonight.

Oh gosh!  Well of course you feel like eating.  Don't let those thoughts get you down, Annie.  I think it is only natural under such emotional stress.  But you seem also to be dealing with it well.

I'm glad you had the info and co ntacts regarding holistic treatment for Rosie.  I wouldn't have such, and it sounds like a blessing.

hugs,

Fre

Hi Fre going through this makes RNY look like a walk in the park.
I guess since I have never had human children I have replaced children with my animals.

Annie,

First off my thoughts and prayers are with you, Lee and Rosie!  Secondly, you are a strong womas, I probably would have given into my old habits and gotten sick on top of it all.  I am a stress eater and I know it.  I need to be more like you.  I hope you have a good dinner and take care of yourself girl!   Again, my thoughts and prayers are with you!

Lots of love and hugs!

Hi Debbie,
Actually when I am on my treadmill I keep pushing myself and telling myself you have to do this to get stronger to face what ever life holds.

Hi Sheryl,
I know we share a common bond with our love of animals.
The more I thought about stuffing myself I knew it is not possible anymore.
On a good note Lee cooked dinner and for the first time in over a year I was able to eat 2oz of filet mignon I made sure to take small bites and chew well.
I did  have one glass of wine with dinner.
