Hi everyone,
I just wanted to tell anyone who's interested that I finally had the nerve to tell about my experince with WLS.  I blogged on my profile and you can read about it there. It is NOT meant to be a negative story about WLS, it is just MY experience.
Hugs, Debbie

Hey Debbie, Let me be the first to say welcome to the rest of your life. Once you get out of the hospital and hopefully recovering well I think you will be amazed at the results. I am lucky as a four month out patient to have a wife that has been almost three years post op and doing great. Granted at some time there may be a pot hole in the road to goal but on the other hand if it were that easy people would be lined up around the block. I enjoyed your story greatly because I do think many of us have done just as you and then at some point had to say ok its time for the permanent life change. For me it helps to write it out at times even though I rarely re-read things I keep in mind that taking an open honest approach to this WLS is a huge benefit. Not all of us will experience the same things at the same time and honestly I feel that each one of us here is good about sharing the common ground we walk on together. Glad you are on board and have a date with destiny set. If I can help out over the net let me know. Just think in about a year your grandbabies should have a really healthy Grandmother. Best Wishes.......Push
