Im still around just been dealing with stress over my Rosie girl.
Her coughing has returned and I am feeling so torn as to what to do.
This morning Lee and I pretty much made the choice to help her to the bridge come morning tomorrow by taking her to the vet then I get home from work not knowing how she would be.
Rose is happy to see me and then I think nope not yet.
So while on the treadmill this morning I am crying my eyes out.
I will see how she does tonight and play things an hour at a time.
If we have put to rest I am not sure I will make it to the meetup even tho I dearly love going and seeing everyone.

 Annie,

I'm so sorry.  I know that's one of the hardest decisions to make.  I hope you find peace no matter what happens.

Annie, I am so sorry that Rosie is feeling so bad.  I know how it hurts to have to let a beloved pet go.  We are facing the same with our dog, Britty. Take care and know that I am thinking of you.

Hugs,

Annie,

You, Lee, and Rosie are in my prayers.  I know how hard this is.  You must be the best mommy-friend a dog ever could have.  I bet your animal family members have the most wonderful lives....

BIG BIG HUGS,

Annie,

I know that your heart is heavy right now. I'm so sorry for Rosie's struggles and the pain that it is causing you. I know that you will be there for her no matter how it plays out, just as you have for so many years. If you make it Saturday, I'll be there with a hug for you. If not, please know you, Lee and dear Rosie are in my thoughts and prayers.

Once upon a time we had a sweetheart named Jake.  He developed congestive heart failure which is common for Dobies that live past 11.  He struggled so hard and the vet made every effort with different combos of meds.  In the end we had to help Jake cross over.  It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do.  My daughter made the final decision and we were able to be with him until the end.  It was hard but it was the very best thing we could have done for our friend.  He was so sick and was struggling with every breath.  Just know that there is an entire family that knows what you are going through.  What ever happens just know that you have done the best for you loyal companion.   We have you in our thoughts and prayers.
