worried

Well, I have a surgery date of Jan 27th, but got the results of my recent blood work back today.  My C1 what ever is 10.3 and I know the Dr. wants it to be 8 or lower.  I am so afraid he will cancel my date.  I see him on Friday.   Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

I'm not sure what that is either but good luck.  Don't forget to let us know how it goes (and what C1 is!).

I think you must mean you A1C which is your average blood sugar for three months or so.  You must be a diabetic.  I guess you need to watch whatever triggers your high blood sugar. Will be praying for you.

Are you talking about you HbA1C? Whatever it is, I'm sure that your surgeon will only have your health and safety in mind as he assesses your physical readiness for surgery. As much as you want it to happen as scheduled, I know that what you really want is to get and be healthy and your surgeon will help you get there in the safest way possible.

Yea, It is finally going to happen.  My surgery date is Jan 27th.  Starting my liquid diet today.  Day one of my journey.  It won't be so bad........I hope.
