Fee

Can anyone tell me how much Dr. Mitchell's application/administrative fee is?  I've heard $500 and wanted to see if that was correct.

      In the packet that we got from the seminar states that it is $250.00. Unless something has changed it is not $500. I sure do hope it isn't anyway. That would mean my husband and I will have to have $1000. Take care!

It was $500 for me 3 years ago.

But I'm pretty sure it's $250 now.

Thanks for the info.  The person I talked to earlier had their surgery maybe a year or two ago so it must have changed.
