Cindy Lou,  I am so happy for you. I am just hanging in there right now.  Stuck!  Christmas was hard for me.  Too many goodies and I really tried not to indulge too much, but a little taste here and there.  I am back on the wagon now and while I did not gain I did not lose either.

Again Congrats to you for doing so great after having such a rough start.

Thanks Vera, yes it's been rough and I still have the sick days but they are not as bad or often as they were, thank God! Yeah I understand about the Christmas deal I was having a hard time not eating stuff that my pouch could handle and I was out of my own enviroment for almost 2 weeks while visiting my son in Statesville. I find that my weight will be the same for a week or so then the scales will move and I ask the doctor about this and he said that was just the way this surgery worked, so hang in there it will start coming off again.
