a Wow for me
Today I did a 6 hour demo and my friend Becky who works with me noticed the only time I sat down today was at our lunch break.
My back did not hurt and my feet did not hurt and I had enough energy at the end of today to clean up my area and drive home get a few groceries in the house and make dinner before I sat down. Annie

Congratulations!!! The changes you have made over the last year or so have been truly amazing.

Dont ever give up hope.
I just want you and other to be aware I work very hard at what I do to improve my health.
One cant just say Oh I will have gastric bypass and my problems are solved no they arent and it takes dedication and determination.
I wish you all the best for a healthier future because I know it is possible.
