Thank you Barbara! I am really excited to have found this site. It is very informative and I love looking at all the profiles. Although everyone's stories are a little different I feel like I now know what to expect.

I am with Nancy and Barb on this one.  We are all a bunch of rejects here too!!  LOL  And hey.. Wagram!  My mom's family is from Scotland County.. I was shopping in Laurinburg a few days ago.  :)  Its a small world.

Hi Brandi...

Are you and your husband both having WLS or are you talking about you both taking this journey you are on together? My husband was such a big help to me on my journey and now he has embarked on his own. I had my surgery 19 months ago and he just had his 3 weeks ago. Either way, I know that having significant support from your most significant other, makes the journey easier.
