10 days- Haven't lost a lb.
Just stay with the program... Our bodies need a break now and then, so it's not uncommon to his a stall. You may notice that the tape measure is showing progress when the scale is being stingy.

Happens to me every second or third week for some reason. But truly overall the weight is coming off and the inches. It is just not a smooth process.

I'm in a stall too and only 3 weeks post-op. Ho Hum. Oh well. I know I'm doing all the right things and have even started going to a local fitness club to work out! In fact, my trainer warned me yesterday to expect my eventual increased muscle mass to make the scale look like it's at a stand still too. He suggested I not weigh every day and to check my measurements instead of my weight sometimes. Point taken. Still, there's nothing like the satisfaction you feel when you see those numbers tumble, is there?!?!
