New pics posted but how do i change avatar?

Hi y'all....my son is home and finally took some new pics of me (but didn't come out to well as sun shining in blotches).  My question is they are to big to change my avatar and say i need a jpeg?   Can anyone explain how i do this.

Hey Pam.. looking great girl!!!  I was looking at your profile a few nights ago and thought you needed to update your pics!!!  

Your avatar pic needs to be 100x100 and should be a jpeg.  You need a photo editing program to do that, but if you want me to help out, I'd certainly be glad to.  Email the pic you want your avatar to be made from to [email protected] and I will resize it for you!

I am sending it to you now and really appreciate it.  My kid told me he didn't now how but i think that meant he was busy playing with his xbox and didn't want to pull himself away.

Thanks Shauna and the shocking part is the ppl at work have been telling me i need to buy some new trousers.  My response has been these are a size 18 and are comfy.....i can now see how baggy they are in the arse and will need to go shopping this weekend...lol.   Can't believe my fat butt will fit in a 16..but that is the next size..lmao.
