Thanks Myrtis for your sweet words!  I feel pretty good these days!  Still struggling to get these last 9 or 10 lbs off but hope to do it by April.

I am so excited to hear that you are getting that hernia taken care of and the skin removal too!!  Can't wait to see how much more fabulous you will be looking and feeling!!

Hey... I was not sure if I was an Old Guy......a New Old Guy...or a Old New Guy...I figure I'm just one of the guys.  I don't know if I be able to swing a met in Jan. my hernia and skin removal is on the 8th.  I have no idea on how recovery will be on this but...if I am able I will come cause I really want to see of of you lovely people.  I can see such beautiful changes on all of your avitars and want to congratulate you all.  Happy New Year!!!!!!!
