I <3 My Wii!

Does anyone else have a Wii Fit?  That thing ROCKS!  You dont even feel like you are exercising because Nintendo has made it fun!  My children (even the 3 year old) are working out and it makes me so happy!  Hopefully they will instill healthy habits now that will not take them to the place in life where I was before WLS. 

If ya'll dont have a Wii Fit.. man.. it is so worth the $$.  :)

It is fun, isn't it, Jenn?  The only problem I have is when it makes my Mii blimp out and blasts "OBESE" all over the TV! LOL!  But DH and DD love it, too!

We love ours.. I usually feel awkward playing video games, but this thing ROCKS!  I would love to take it to school and hook it up to the big screens there.  LOL

  Jenn, I just got Wii Fit for X-mas but it ALMOST bit the dust.   I got on it for the 1st time and it said "You exceed the weight limit, please step off now".  I just about took the hammer to it, LOL.
Seriouly though, it does have a weight limit of 330 if anyone is considering buying it.  I knew this when I got it, but decided to try and "sneak" on it a few pounds early.   But I weighed myself today and I am within ONE pound of the limit, WOOHOO.  That makes 57 pounds gone forever.  FYI, if anyone is considering buying Wii Fit and doesnt have the system yet.  BJ's has a package deal that included the Wii, Wii Fit, yoga mat, 2 controllers, 2 nunchucks, and 6 other games for about $550.00. 

Oh trust me.. I would have NEVER got on it before WLS.  And that is a decent deal for $550..  We got a package deal that had the Wii Console, Wii Fit, Sports Pak, Skins, Extra Nunchucks/controllers, rechargeable station, skins for the board/controllers, high def cables, fishing game/rod and Monster truck game for a bit over $600..  It was well worth the money.  

And.. CONGRATS on the 57 pounds.  :)  Sounds like you are doing GREAT!

My mother gave us one for Christmas. I haven't tried it yet, but Ben and Sarah have and Sarah loves it. I look forward to giving it a try soon.

Are there particular games you like?

It is addictive.  I hate to go back to school.. LOL  I am trying to figure out when I will get my Wii time because Kaleigh and I will be trying to get on it at the same time.  :)

And  I love the Wii Fit.  Lots of great exercises.  I am not a huge gamer.. but I did get the Star Wars game for Christmas from Dean.  I just need time to figure it all out.  LOL

I should have asked the question differently I guess. I was wondering if there were any 'fit' games you particularly liked?

I like them all.  I especially love the yoga and balance games.  They are fun.  The hoola hoop one is the coolest.  :)  I was shopping today for a game for the girls and found that Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser has a  workout game for the fit board.  I told Dean that would be a great Valentines Day gift.  It looked pretty tough.  http://www.gamespot.com/wii/sports/jillianmichaelsfitnessultimatum2009/index.html  I cannot wait to get it!
