Merry Christmas, NC!
Even though we are not having a white Christmas here in Concord, I hope you're feeling the season and enjoying yourselves. My 9-year-old is driving us NUTS, ready for Santa to come already. I don't think I'm ever really ready for him to come. lol
I'm going to bake a low-sugar cake (cake mix) with reduced-sugar icing on it today at some point. We were going to bake Santa some cookies, but remembered that I had bought some Moravian cookies that I think we'll leave out instead.
