Six month checkup today!!!

Hello Everyone,
     I went to Southern Surgical today for my 6 month checkup and I have lost 89 lbs since June 6th when I had my surgery with Dr. McDonald. he said everything looked real good and to keep up the god work. My clothes are getting real loose now but, I have not changed sizes yet except I tried on a pair of jeans I had stashed in my closet which are a size 22. I was wearing a 26-28 before surgery and I can get into the size 22 jeans now. That was a wonderful wow moment. I can't wait to see what the new year will bring. I am so thankful for all of the support and guidance I have received on this forum.

That is wonderful. Hope for me. I had lapband 2 months ago and I sorta feel stuck. I only lost 10 pounds. My clothes are smaller but I need to be more motivated to excersize.

You have done awesome. Way to keep us all motivated.

Congratulations on your incredible achievement. You are doing a great job. I think it's probably about time for you to make a trip to your local Goodwill, Salvation Army, Ross, Marshall's or something of the sort. I think you will be amazed at the new, smaller sized clothes that actually fit you now.
