New Years Goal Check-In

So how are you doing?  Are you attacking, mastering, and/or conquering your goal for New Years?

As for me, I've only dropped about a pound in the past 10 days!  I KNEW I would hit that dreaded plateau, but that honestly doesn't make it "easy."  Forty pounds lost by New Years is looking less and less feasible, but I haven't given up on it yet!

Christmas:  10 days!
New Years:  17 days!

Sorry this is all I get to post today but my little man is home sick with a fog-horn cough and labored breathing.  He's in a steamy-hot shower right now.  I'm sure the day will be spent snuggled up watching cartoons with him, Viv, and Mad!

I am just continuing to do what I need to do for my health which envolves making sure I am accountable with my food intake recording my fitness.
Going to walk the bulldogs soon then going to see my mom then a little shopping.

I don't know if I want to set a goal for New Years. But maybe I could try to get to 200 pounds. That would be about 14 pounds from now. I can't let myself be disappointed though if it doesn't happen but I guess I could give it a try. I will just have to see how it goes.

I am working on maintaining my weight and managing stress with things that don't involve putting stuff in my mouth... LOL.

I would like to get to a point where I consistently exercise everyday. I haven't been doing that and I know that it will help me in soooo many ways.

Ben's goal is to feel human and again and to stop hurting... I'm sure he'll make that one. He'd also like to see the scale move south by 10 lbs.

I did my monthly doctor visit and I was down 6.7 more pounds. I am hanging in there but this last month was indeed the hardest of all the other months.  It takes alot more to diet when all our family gatherings are tied to food its no wonder our families are all over weight my gosh we are sweet-a-holics.

I am currently at 175.8, so just .8 away from my goal.  Christmas is around the corner, I will be traveling to Atlanta so hopefully will comeback to a wonderful surprise with being under 175.
