Tell me if I've been approved and have a date!!!!

I just got off of the phone with BCBS and I have an authorization number and it is approved for Jan 23 & 24 for the surgery.  Can you believe it?  Woohoo!!!!  So excited.  Now I know how everyone else feels when they got their date. 
I haven't heard from the surgeons office just BCBS.

Deborah, Congratultions!!!  So very happy for you!!!

I have not had my surgery yet. I go for my decision appt on January 20th. I am very excited, though! I know that you have to be counting down the days!

Well, now I can count down the days exactly.  My surgery is scheduled for January 28.  I start my preop diet, which is a low carb, on Jan. 14.  A good way to start the new year.  It's been exciting at every stage.  Good luck.
