Jennifer, yes indeedy, what a difference a year can make! Your transformation is stunning! How is your effort with the protein and such going? I'm sorry I've been out of touch but I think of you all the time and will certainly miss you at tomorrow's meetup. Keep in mind the Raleigh trip on the 17th, k?
