Thxs Pam,
In by telling of my own experince I want people who suffer from obesity to know they can make choices to improve thier lives.
I work very very hard at helping myself.
I am a firm beliver in exercise.
In 1998 when I was at my highest weight I joined a health club.
I could not do much so I started in the water and from there the sky has been the limits.
When I am on my treadmill I like to imagine me running.
I am not sure how to run it has been many moons.
I have tried what I feel is jogging just a little on the treadmill it is very unfamilar to me but something I am going to keep working on.

Annie - that is fantastic... I think it is important for you to share your story, so please follow thru with whatever Richard suggested..

You are such an inspiration to us.  Your bring smiles with your joy and happiness in each of your posts.

Yep - throw the contraband away... hard to do for us foodie people, but worth it in the long run.

Dont worry Sheila,
I plan on following though with what Richard told me to do in fact this morning I was talking to a long time friend about how he felt about being my manager something Richard also talked   to me about.
BTW where oh where is our little Shauna I worry if I dont hear from her at least once a week.
I hope in January I will get to meet you and Shauna at our Meetup.

I am such agreement about the number versus the feeling!  I suppose that is the same way I feel about aging!  lol  It's so wonderful that you are *feeling* wonderful, Annie...something that not everyone in onederland can say (WLS or otherwise), my dear friend.  If you are feeling freedom now, I can't imagine how free you are going to feel post-PS.  Waiting with baited breath to hear that good news for you!
