The scales say I have lost 420lbs

Not in onederland yet but  I have come a very long way from 680lbs.
As many of you know I have lots of extra skin.
So I havent been weighing on a regular bases but something is going right.
The weight loss is very slow but I am feeling wonderful.
So many of you are reaching onderland and I am left feeling I dont know if that will happen for me.
I have to keep my focas on how my clothes are fitting and the freedom my body feels.
When I weighed 680lbs life was pretty bad and just to move was extremly difficult.
I can not allow myself to forget that.
My choice of action for a healthier me is a determined promise to myself to stay on a daily exercise plan and most of all be accountable for my food intake.

Yesterday when I got home from the PS I started to graze on some leftover Sunchips I had leftovr from the Tupperweare party.
I did record this and happy to say what was left  I have thrown in the tra**** is not worth it to me.
Even tho I am not in onderland my body feels it is there if that makes sense.
For the first time ever I am starting to like what I see in the mirror clothed and unclothed.

I still feel a great need to share my story and I am going to start sending my story out to many places and also going to follow through with some info Richard gave me to send out my story.

As foir the Christmas cards I love getting each one it brings a smile to my face.
I will be sending mine out next week my bad for not doing it yet.

Annie, don't you worry one bit about Onederland...  You have accomplished SO much and I can imagine that if you didn't have the skin issues, you'd certainly be there.  I can't even imagine losing as much as you have.  You have so much to be proud of and a wonderful, healthy life ahead of you!

Merry Christmas!  Alice

I always tell people I never knew just how sick I was till after my surgery.
Not to have to take 4 shots a day is the best gift I could have ever given to myself.

Annie,

I think that LauraP had a a wonderful point when she said that goal didn't necessarily need to be a number, but a feeling. You very well may enter and live in the the realm of Onderland, but I think that you have already succeeded in achieving many of the goals that you have set for yourself. I believe that you will continue to forge ahead a healthier life as you stay the course on this marvelous journey. You have traveled farther than many of us can possiblity imagine and your tenacity is an inspiration to many. I look forward to your sharing your story and inspirining others who are bound by the chains of their own obesity. Sometimes seeing someone else succeed is the impetus someone needs to know that they can too.

WIsing you every continued success,

I do feel and have always felt the need to share my story in hopes of maybe helping someone else who maybe where I have been.
Yes I agree with your statement about the chains of obesity it is like we become prisoners in our own bodies.
