Yes, I know it's been awhile since I have been on OH. Alot has been going on, (family).
Just wanted to let you know that tomorrow will be a year since I had my RNY surgery. How the time has flown by.
I went for my yearly check-up last Thursday and Dr. Kuwada said I had done "GREAT". I have lost a total of 102 lbs.total. Since I started this journey. I'm in the right range with the Metropolitian Life Ins. Scale also, He said!
I have all of my OH friends and all the support you have given me over the year."THANK YOU" for being there when I needed you. Now a new journey will begin and a new support level.
To all the new OH people, Hang in there, it is totally worth everything you are going thru now.( Ins, Diets, ect).
To put it in my own words," I'd do it all over again in a "Heat Beat".

Look at you Lisa, Halfway there!!! You go girl. I have still been going to the support meetings every month, were have you been? I even thought you would be at the Christmas get-to-gether at Dr. K's office last Thursday. It was a real nice gathering. Hope to see you the 4th Tuesday in January.

It's so nice to hear from you. Yes, I can't believe how fast the year has gone by. I had to have help to get the new Avatar put on. Go figure, after a year I should know how to do it.
I hope to be over your way next year maybe we can all get together: Mare, Suzanne, ect. vacation in September and vist my brother-n-law and his wife early in the year.
Hope you have a wonderful Holiday. Will your squeeze be in the states?
