changing profile

Can someone tell me how to change "hoping to have surgery" on my profile to my actual surgery date? I clicked on edit profile, but can't figure out how to change that one line. Thanks for your help.

Go to "My OH" at the top of this webpage. 
Then "My Account." 
Under "All About You," click on "General Information."
Change your status to "Surgery Date Scheduled." 

Back at "My Account" under "Surgery Related," click on "I've Got a Date!" 
You can then enter your actual surgery date.
