Good results today

Today I have a couple good things to tell about the weight loss, first I'm down 51 lbs and about 9 weeks out, also I got a couple of NSV's (Non-Scale Victory) one was when I got my blood pressure taken the cuff was almost to big and the other was that I've been noticing when I lay down at night I can feel my breast bone. And of course I haven't vomited in over 2 weeks, so I'm a happy girl today.

That is great news Cindy. I remember how great things were when I felt better. I am glad that you have gone a few weeks now without getting sick. You have lost alot of weight as well. Just think of all the victories to come.
