When I had my lap band last year, I slept in my husbands recliner the first couple of nights.

Glad the surgery went well. Can't wait to join you on that bench!!!

Hi Pam, this WAS my bungee jump!  That's why I chose it as my user name.  I know I"ll never bungee jump (have no desire) and this is as crazy as I'll get!!  :)

We don't have a recliner, but I"m lovin' my couch!!

I am so glad you did good with the surgery. ohh I hate to throw up. I hope my surgery is the end of December, first of January. I am doing lap band also. I will have to make sure I do the anti nausea medicine and pain meds before the ride home. I think I will be staying the night. I am 1 hour and 45 minutes away from Hickory but really wanted a surgery of center of Excellence.

I am going to the store to buy tongs. Would go tonight but I am in my PJ's. My dad will be my support person. Can't see him helping out with the personal needs. Ohh he would croak if I asked for his help.

I hope you do get some sleep. Hopefully the pain medication will help you have a restful night of sleep.
